Barry Biomass Voluntary Retrospective Environmental Statement

BWCRA has received notification of a consultation being undertaken by Wardell Armstrong on the Voluntary Retrospective Environmental Statement produced by Biomass UK for the biomass fired renewable energy generation facility located at Woodham Road, Barry Docks, and will be making a submission in due course.


Individual members of the public may engage with the consultation process through accessing the website www.barrybiomassconsultation.online on which one will be able to view and download digital copies of the consultation documents alongside a comment box through which one can send responses to the consultation. Hard copies can be viewed at Barry Library of the Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Dock Offices.


Please note that this consultation relates to the Environmental Statement only and not the wider application. Closing date for responses to the consultation is Wednesday 17th November.
