Tired of paying Council Tax and then paying again to maintain our play areas and open spaces?

The Residents' Association is working with a local journalist to highlight the issue of the Vale of Glamorgan Council's unwillingness to adopt play areas and open spaces on the Waterfront which are used by the general public, the maintenance and upkeep of which are paid for by residents. The newspaper is taking a photograph of the play area on Ffordd y Mileniwm at 3.30 p.m. on Monday 19th July to illustrate the article. Any resident available to appear in the photo, and to help emphasise our dissatisfaction with the current arrangements of paying twice for what is a public open space, is welcomed to join us.
