Touch Healing
I am Alex Critten, owner-Practitioner of Touch Healing, a Complementary Healthcare business providing high quality treatments, which are specifically tailored to each individual. The therapeutic approaches I provide are Clinical Reflexology, Face Reflexology, Gua Sha, Reiki and Indian Head Massage.
I am based at Sky Spa Wellness Centre, 6 High Street, here in Barry.
Previously working for the NHS and the Voluntary Sector, in Mental Health Nursing and Community Support, with challenging and complex behaviour, I am passionate about supporting my clients’ physical and mental wellbeing.
